Last month, I left the house to run an errand on a Saturday afternoon. One person in a costume is not out of place here but after seeing my forth person dressed like a comic book character I knew something was up. Turns out it was the day of the largest anime festival in the world. Where does that event take place? Within a 6 minute walk from my house, of coarse.
Everyone who dresses up, plans on getting their picture taken. They walk about 20 feet at a time between requests to strike a pose. Here are some of my favorites.
